Control Panel for ETP/STP
We provide a wide range of electrical control panels. These panels are manufactured by making use of the finest quality basic materials and modern technology at our advanced production unit. We also provide PLC based control panels that runs the plant on pre- programmed logical such as on-timer control, level-based control etc. The components of the control panel may include power circuits, control circuits, switches, terminal blocks, contactors, motor drives, transformers, overcurrent protection devices, grounding panels etc.
Ozonator
Because of its excellent disinfection and oxidation qualities, ozone is widely used for drinking water and wastewater treatment. Ozone can be added at several points throughout the treatment system such as during pre-oxidation, intermediate oxidation or final disinfection. Usually, it is recommended to use ozone for pre-oxidation, before a sand filter or an active carbon filter (GAC). After ozonation, these filters can remove the remaining organic matter which is important for final disinfection.
This combination has several benefits:
- Removal of organic and inorganic matter
- Removal of micro-pollutants such as pesticides
- Enhancement of the flocculation/coagulation-decantation process
- Enhanced disinfection and reduction of disinfection by-products

Composting Machine
Composting can be more closely controlled leading to faster decomposition and more consistent product quality. Effects of weather are diminished, less manpower is required to operate the system and staff is less exposed to composting material. Can often be done onsite, saving collection costs. Less land area is required, process air and leachate can be more easily collected and treated. Public acceptance of facility may be better, can accommodate various types and amounts of organic waste (e.g. odorous bio-solids & foods).

Biochest converts all this waste into manure:
All foods like fruits and vegetables, seafood and shellfish, meat and poultry/bones, fats and grease, rice, beans, and pasta, all prepared and cooked foods, bread, dairy products/cheese, eggshells.
Food-soiled papers, paper towels, napkins, tissues, paper cups and paper plates, coffee grounds, filters and tea bags, paper take out containers, waxed paper/butcher paper, waxed cardboard, certified compostable wipes.
Yard waste/other organics. Leaves, grass, branches, and stems. Sawdust/non-paints, wood, and floral trimming/holiday greenery. Hair, fur and feathers.
Load the machine daily with the recommended quality of waste and culture for 21 days. Put the machine in automatic mode, the machine automatically starts to convent your waste into compost. Unload the compost on the 22nd day into the curing tray and start the cycle again. The unloaded compost can be used as fertilizer for plants and crops.
